The Commission voted 5-0 to issue a certificate of appropriateness for benches, planters, and a <br />bike rack to be placed in front of his store. Certificate No. 2011C-37 <br /> <br />Voting Commissioners were: Chairman, Joseph Welch, Paul Ross, and Scott Kyle and Associate Commissioners Carl <br />Oldenburg, and Marilyn Fenollosa <br /> <br />1123 Massachusetts Avenue : <br />map 30 lot 20 Robert Foss, Representing, Sophia Braun, presented a sample board of the <br />proposed roof shingle. The Commission voted 5-0 to issue a certificate of appropriateness for re-roofing the home using <br />Architectural Style shingles from the Timberline Company in a charcoal color and matching the existing ridge vent. <br />Certificate No. 2011C-35 <br />Voting Commissioners were: Chairman, Joseph Welch, Paul Ross, and Scott Kyle and Associate Commissioners Carl <br />Oldenburg, and Marilyn Fenollosa <br /> <br />7 Raymond Stree <br />t map 49 lot 80: Bob O’Sullivan, Ranch Renovations, representing, Eve Horwitz, presented a sample <br />board of the proposed roof shingle. The Commission voted 5-0 to issue a certificate of appropriateness for re-roofing the <br />home using Architectural Style shingles from the Landmark Series of the CertainTeed Company in a Pewterwood color, <br />and adding a ridge vent. Certificate No. 2011C-36 <br />Voting Commissioners were: Chairman, Joseph Welch, Paul Ross, and Scott Kyle and Associate Commissioners Carl <br />Oldenburg, and Marilyn Fenollosa <br /> <br />All Districts: <br /> Sandy Shaw, Town of Lexington Community Preservation Committee, presented a drawing of the signage <br />they would like to place on projects they are sponsoring. Each time a project is in one of the district the CPC will write a <br />letter to the HDC stating the address, time frame and where on property the sign will be going.
