The Commission voted 5-0 to issue a <br />certificate of appropriateness for signage. Certificate No. 2012C-5 <br />Voting Commissioners were: Chairman, Joseph Welch, Paul Ross, Robert Warshawer and Scott Kyle, and Associate <br />Commissioners: Carl Oldenburg, <br /> <br />Massachusetts Avenue <br />, <br />Cathy Quinlan, representing Candy McLaughlin, Lexington Reads Committee, presented a <br />drawing of what the temporary banners will look like, and a list of where the banners would be hung. The public works <br /> <br />Department will install the banners around February 9 and take them down around April 2, 2012. <br />The Commission voted 5-0 to issue a certificate of appropriateness for signage (Temporary Banners). <br />Certificate No. 2012C-7 <br />Voting Commissioners were: Chairman, Joseph Welch, Paul Ross, Robert Warshawer and Scott Kyle, and Associate <br /> <br />Commissioners: Carl Oldenburg <br /> <br />1575 Massachusetts Avenue <br />: Michael Flamang, Senior Civil Engineer, Town of Lexington, presented <br />photographs and drawings showing the locations of the necessary vent stacks on the garage of the police station. <br /> <br />The Commission voted 5-0 to issue a certificate of appropriateness for vent stacks. Certificate No. 2012C-6 <br />Voting Commissioners were: Chairman, Joseph Welch, Paul Ross, Robert Warshawer and Scott Kyle, and Associate <br /> <br />Commissioners: Carl Oldenburg <br /> <br />1775 Massachusetts Avenue: <br />Ed Juralewicz, United SignCo Inc., representing Hammond Residential, presented <br />photographs showing the existing signage and proposed signage on the front, side and rear of the building. The wording is <br />the only thing that will change.
