The location and
type of rear door appears to have changed without the necessary approval by the commission. The commission has
continued the hearing requesting that the applicant come back with a rear elevation showing the Hair Cuttery’s sign in
relation to the rest of the building.

46 Bedford Street
: Joseph Dick, Construction Manager, Qdoba Mexican Restaurant, & Jeffrey Quass, ViewPoint Sign &
Awning presented a five (5) page sign proposal showing building elevation, detailed drawings of signage, and a detail
drawing of the panel on the Pylon sign. A few of the signs in this proposal were actually interior signs and the commission
does not have jurisdiction. Concerning the exterior signs the commission felt having the name Qdoba on all three sides
was too much. A compromise was reached and the commission approved two options for the applicants to go back to the
clients with. Option 1.) Qdoba Mexican Grill on the right and left bay with their logo on the center bay. Option 2.) Qdoba
Mexican Grill in the center bay with the logo on the right and left bay. The applicant will let us know as soon as their
client chooses the option they prefer.
