<br />PLANNING BOARD MINUTES <br />MEETING OF MARCH 28, 2012 <br /> <br />A meeting of the Lexington Planning Board was posted for 6:00 p.m. in the Planning Office but <br />was not called to order until the start of the Town Meeting session at Cary Hall at 7:30 p.m. by <br />Chairman Richard Canale with members Greg Zurlo, Wendy Manz, Michelle Ciccolo and <br />Charles Hornig and planning staff Aaron Henry and Maryann McCall-Taylor present. <br /> <br />*********************************TOWN MEETING****************************** <br />TOWN MEETING ARTICLES 35-7 <br />Mr. Canale gave the Planning Board report under Article 2 on Articles 35-37. Town Meeting <br />members discussed the articles and voted favorably on Articles 35 and 36. An amendment to <br />Article 37 was proposed by Mr. Dan Fenn. It would have sent the article back to the Planning <br />Board for further study and extended public outreach. The Planning Board voted 5-0 to <br />recommend unfavorable action on the amendment.
