The idea presented of changing the sidewalk has been approved by the town engineering <br />department. The Commission voted 5-0 to issue a certificate of appropriateness to rework sidewalk to include a pitch in <br />order to eliminate current step. Certificate No. 2011C-13 <br />Voting Commissioners were: Chairman, Joseph Welch, Paul Ross, Robert Warshawer and Scott Kyle and Associate <br />Commissioner Carl Oldenburg <br /> <br />46 Bedford Street <br /> map 57 lot 14A: Jeff Kwass, Viewpoint Signs, representing, Supercuts, presented a permit ready <br />drawing of the wall sign. The commission felt that the proposed height of the letters was too big for that space. The <br />applicant agreed to reduce the height by approximately ½ a foot. The Commission voted 5-0 to issue a certificate of <br />appropriateness for a wall sign. Certificate No. 2011C-14 <br />Voting Commissioners were: Chairman, Joseph Welch, Paul Ross, Robert Warshawer and Scott Kyle and Associate <br />Commissioner Carl Oldenburg <br /> <br />1994 Massachusetts Avenue : <br />map 48 lot 99Karl Damitz, Architect, representing, Charles and Dianne Carl, presented <br />photographs of the existing house, existing and proposed elevations of the rear and side of house, exterior details of <br />proposed windows. The Commission voted 5-0 to issue a certificate of appropriateness for enlarging windows and <br />altering roof overhang above garage addition. Certificate No. 2011C-15 <br />Voting Commissioners were: Chairman, Joseph Welch, Paul Ross, Robert Warshawer and Scott Kyle and Associate <br />Commissioner Carl Oldenburg <br /> <br />1666 Massachusetts Avenue <br /> map 48 lot 30A: Sharon Spaulding, Spaulding Management Corporation, representing, Lexx <br />Restaurant, presented photographs of the existing and proposed location of the side door. The plan is to reuse the existing <br />door and move it over two bays to the left. If a new door is needed then they will present a cut sheet of the new door. Ms. <br />Spaulding also presented an exterior menu board however, the commission would like additional information for example <br />what lighting will be used. The Commission voted 5-0 to issue a certificate of appropriateness to move the existing side <br />door two bays to the left.
