Warren, representing Anthony Dubon, presented photographs <br />of existing conditions, drawings of existing and proposed conditions, and a plot plan. The Commission voted 5- <br />0 to issue a certificate of appropriateness to enclose an 8-foot by 7-foot section of the existing rear porch for a <br />mud room, and remove existing French doors and infill the wall to accommodate a direct vent gas fireplace on <br />the same porch. Certificate No. 2011C-8. <br />Voting Commissioners were: Chairman, Joseph Welch, Daniel Griffin Jr., Paul Ross, Robert Warshawer and <br />Scott Kyle. <br /> <br />7:05 PM <br />Massachusetts Avenue <br />, Dawn McKenna, Lexington Tourism Committee, Signage (Banners) in all districts <br />Applicant Requested Continuance until April Hearing <br /> <br />CONTINUED HEARINGS <br /> <br />1625 Massachusetts Avenue, <br />map 48 lot 169:Jack Glassman, Bargmann Hendrie & Archetype, Inc., <br /> <br />representing, Town of Lexingtonpresented photographs showing proposed locations of vents and an Air <br />Conditioning Condenser system. A few commissioners were concerned about the location of the vent on the <br />first floor. Mark Barrett, Facilities Department, Town of Lexington, said that they will try to rearrange the duct <br />work to relocate the vent, and send a drawing of the new location. The commission as a whole felt that if they <br />could change the location of the vent that would be wonderful, however, if it was not feasible then they will <br />approve the current location. They will come back with their final choice for lighting the accessible ramp. The <br />Commission voted 5-0 to issue a certificate of appropriateness for three vents an air conditioner condenser and <br />lines leading into the server room.
