Minutes <br />Fund for Lexington <br />September 19, 2001 <br />Present: Mrs. McKenna, Mr. McSweeney, Mr. Walsh, Stephen Baran, Human Services <br />Coordinator and Ms. Smith, Clerk <br />Neat Meeting: Wednesday, Wednesday, December 12, 2001 <br />1. Requests from Human Services Coordinator: <br />a. Fund members voted to pay a one - month's security deposit for Kathy Pellegrino for her <br />residence at Katandin Woods provided that there is agreement that the Fund be paid back. <br />b. Fund members decided to wait on any action until Town Counsel advises as to the <br />Town's liability and whether the Fund should consider payment for dentures in the <br />amount of $1,870. <br />2. It was voted to approve reimbursement to the East Village Blooming Flower Barrel Program <br />for the 2001 planting in the amount of $1,100. Fund Board members also asked that the <br />Association be asked to submit their request before purchasing the plantings for neat year. <br />3. Board members discussed sending out the neat solicitation letter and felt a good time would <br />be right after the Thanksgiving Holiday. <br />The meeting concluded at 4:30 p.m. <br />
