FUND FOR LEXINGTON BOARD <br />Minutes <br />November 30, 2004 <br />Present: Dawn McKenna, Richard Pagett, David Walsh, and Michael Novack, Human <br />Services Coordinator <br />1. Human Services Report — Michael Novack presented his report for the period September <br />28 through November 30, 2004. The Board decided not to provide any further assistance <br />to BB or LB <br />2. Other Issues: <br />a. Food Pantry — Mrs. McKenna contacted, they would appreciate gifts in June. <br />They will also refer us people who may need additional assistance. <br />b. Fund Solicitation — Chairman to send letter to the Minuteman, Colonial Times <br />and to citizens in the same manner as in previous years. <br />3. Requests: Lexington Reads —voted to give $1,500 for books only to provide some copies <br />for individuals who can't afford to purchase (Sundial Books and Library Collection) <br />4. Approved the minutes for September 28, 2004, as corrected <br />Next Meeting: Tuesday, March 1, 2005 at 4:30 p.m. in the Selectmen's Office <br />
