Minutes of the Lexington Capital Expenditures Committee (CEC) Meeting <br />Date, Place, and Location: April 11, 2012 6:00 P.M., Town Office Building, Selectmen's <br />Meeting Room <br />Members Present: Charles Lamb, Chair; Bill Hurley; Shirley Stolz; David Kanter <br />Member Absent: Ted Edson, Vice -Chair <br />Document Presented: Mr. Kanter's Proposed Comments to the Budget Collaboration — <br />Summit Meeting Regarding Use of Savings from Reduced Health- Benefit Costs, <br />April 11, 2012 <br />Call to Order: Mr. Lamb called the meeting to order at 6:00 P.M. <br />The Committee reviewed Mr. Kanter's proposed comments to the Budget Collaboration <br />Summit Meeting. A Motion was made and seconded that those comments be made on <br />behalf of the four Committee members in attendance. Vote: 4 -0. <br />[This Committee then participated in the Budget Collaboration — Summit meeting; see the <br />Minutes of that meeting regarding this Committee's actions.] <br />Adjourn: A Motion was made and seconded at 7:20 P.M. to adjourn.
