Unless otherwise noted, financial data reports the total dollars expended in the fiscal year (FY) which began July 1 and ended June 30 of the designated year. On the cover: A 2008 aerial photo of downtown Lexington from the Lexington Geographic Information System. A Cen- ter Streetscape Concept Plan has been proposed to replace the aging streetscape and infrastructure along Massachusetts Avenue between Woburn Street and the Battle Green.
