Handouts were provided to those that
attended.
1) Adams Art Grant Letter of Intent and Application — status of application was discussed,
as well as deadline for submission of November 5th
2) Liberty Ride —the biggest challenge is the Museum closing Sunday — Tuesday. We will
have to think about how to best continue the relationship. Decisions need to be made
regarding the dates of operation for the 2011 season, as well as submitting budget requests
for FY2012.
3) Activities
a) Visitors Guide and Map — we discussed whether we ought to consider visiting each site
that is on the map in lieu of sending a letter. Those present were willing to participate
and we will bring the idea to the next meeting.
b) Tavern Lane Petition status
c) It was suggested that we consider a new trademark for `Birthplace of American Liberty."
4) Next meeting: October 18 at 4 p.m.
Respectfully submitted,
Dawn E.
