Antony Fundraiser was very successful, raising $9000 which will be added <br />to a $5000 gift to help fund the exchange activities during the Patriots Day visit. <br />b.) Map Discussion <br />Usefulness -key for tourists to locate services they might need & want <br />Map and key historic places on one side <br />Categories of Information were discussed and decided (not in order) <br />Food and Dining <br />Shopping <br />Galleries and Antiques <br />Tourist Information - <br />Visitors Center, <br />Battle Green Guides <br />Accommodations - Hotels, Motels, B & B's <br />Public Services <br />Police and Fire <br />Post Office <br />Location of Rest Rooms <br />Public Parking <br />Pharmacies <br />Recreation <br />Bicycle Path <br />Playgrounds <br />Parks <br />Golf Course <br />Historic Cemeteries <br />c.) MOTT Conference -March 24, 2010 @Park Plaza Hotel <br />Display Booth -Bring Liberty Ride, First Shot, MNH brochures <br />Masha, Carla, Dawn and maybe Ben Cohen to attend <br />Fee $125/ person three are included with our sponsporship <br />Lunch for 500 giveaways -Tote (Carla &Dawn will explore) <br />
