LINCOLN PARK SUB-COMMITTEE <br />MINUTES S 21. 2011 <br />AMe mbers present - David Williams, chairman, Ne ll walker, Brian Kelley Parker Hirtle and <br />Lynne Wilson <br />The chairman opened the meeting at 735 pin. The meeting was held in the Ellen Stone Room <br />at Cary Hall. <br />Nell walker reported on the storm damage. There were holes in both the podium and boardwalk' <br />from downed trees. Brian Kelley kindly offered to check and repair these problems. Foti will be on <br />site to clear downed trees and piles of brush as soon as possible. H e wlII chop what he collects for u s. <br />She said that she would like to add plugs of flowering plants near the Lee Memorial. Also, she told the <br />group that both Josh and Liz and still working part -time. The sou rwood tree which as been i n for two <br />years in under stress. <br />There was co nce rn about the cocntin u ing issue with erosion near the Ll n oIn Street e ntra nee. David <br />said that Lsir will again fix it. <br />Bathrooms — Brian told the group that the paperwork still had not been signed. The Lions Club <br />Treasurer will oversee the project. <br />Dog issues — We continue. to have pro bl rns with dogs that are off leash a rid owners who do riot <br />clean up after their dogs.
