Town of Lexington <br />SustSustainable exington Committee <br />Minutes of Meeting of June 27, 2011 <br />A meeting of the Sustainable Lexington Committee (SLC) was held on June 27, 2011 in <br />the Selectmen's Meeting Room. A quorum of for was present. <br />Members Present: Mark Sandeen, Chair <br />Risk Abrams, Ken Moraff, Todd Rhodes <br />Members Absent: None <br />Other Attendees: George Burnell, Lexington Selectman <br />Gabe Shapiro, Next Step Living (NSL) <br />Pasi Mi tti*nen, Sagewell, Inc. <br />The meeting was called to order at 7:00 pm. <br />Minutes from the May 24, 2011 meeting were approved. <br />Gabe Shapiro provided the committee with an overview of NSL's program and plan for <br />working with the SLC and Sagewell, Inc. to improve the energy efficiency of residential <br />buildings in Lexington. <br />Pasi Miettinen provided the committee with an overview of Sagewell's plan for <br />identifying buildings that would benefit most from actions to improve energy efficiency <br />by taking infra -red images of Lexington buildings. <br />The committee approved a motion to accept the proposed timelines and action items <br />proposed by Sagewell and Next Step Living.
