Lexington Human Rights Committee <br />Meeting Minutes <br />September 9, 2011 <br />Present: Bob Kent, Linda Vine, Michael McLean, Emily Lavine, Al Zabin, Melissa <br />Buttaro, Arthur Katz and Puran Dang <br />Meeting was called to order at 8:10 am. <br />June, 2011 minutes were approved as mailed <br />Committee Governance — Art Katz will be joining the HRC and at the upcoming meeting <br />need to hold an election of officers <br />Program Committee Report given by Bob Kent <br />• Venue — Cary Hall on 11/6/2011 — see attached work plan for event <br />• Funding — Bob is reaching out to the Fund for Lexington <br />• Agreement that at the next meeting we need to confirm all program details and <br />work on publicity <br />No incident reported by the Police Dept, LHS or Human Services. <br />Next Meeting scheduled for Friday, September 3 0 th at 8:00 a.m. <br />The meeting adjourned at 8:40 am. <br />
