Community Preservation Committee Annual Town Meeting 2007 The Community Preservation Committee is pleased to recommend twelve projects to Town Meeting for its consideration and approval, as described on the following pages. Each of these projects was evaluated in light of the articulated criteria for acceptable CPA projects (as provided on the CPC page of the Town's website, httpJ /ci.lexiii Committees/ Communitypreser vationCommittee /CPAapp.htm and vetted at a public hearing held on December 14, 2006. In addition to these Warrant Article projects, the CPC recommends approval of an allocation for administrative expenses. The CPC is allowed to use up to five percent of yearly receipts for expenses, or approximately $115,000, and we are now requesting $25,000. This amount will be spent on mailings, notice publication, legal fees, and other miscellaneous expenses. After the twelve 2007 CPC recommended projects, an update on six 2006 CPC projects has been included .
