<br />MINUTES – LEXINGTON CONSERVATION COMMISSION June 21, 2011 <br /> <br /> <br />Commissioners present: Joyce Miller, Stew Kennedy, Charlie Wyman, Duke Bitsko, Dick Wolk <br />(8:10 pm) <br /> <br />Commissioners Absent: Phil Hamilton, David Langseth, <br /> <br />Others present: Karen Mullins, Conservation Administrator; Louise Vinci, Conservation Clerk <br /> <br />Chair Joyce Miller opened the meeting at 7:35 pm in the Selectmen Meeting Room, Town Office <br />Building <br /> <br />7:35 pm Issue Certificate of Compliance: 212 Lincoln Street, <br /> DEP# 201-789, BL 749; Map 42, Lot 28 <br /> Motion made and seconded to issue Certificate of Compliance, 4-0 in favor. <br /> <br /> <br />7:42 pm Approve Minutes: April 5, 2011, <br /> Motion made and seconded to approve minutes as amended, 4-0 in favor. <br /> <br />7:43 pm Meeting: RDA, 80 Grant Street, <br /> DET# 11-16; Map 56, Lot 195C <br />Present for the applicant: Timothy Houlihan, ZEN Associates <br /> Joanne Edwards, applicant <br />Documentation: Request for Determination of Applicability with attachments <br /> Public Notice <br /> <br /> Timothy Houlihan presented proposed landscaping plan. <br /> <br />Comments from the Commission follow: Stew Kennedy questioned erosion <br />control at the end of the wall. Mr. Houlihan responded that a boulder 3-4 feet in <br />diameter would be used. The Commission wanted mowing ceased within the <br />twenty-five foot wetland buffer. <br />Motion made and seconded to issue a negative determination with conditions, 4-0 <br />in favor. <br /> <br />7:51 pm Re-open Hearing: 359 Lincoln Street, <br /> DEP# 201-504, BL 462, Map 42, Lot 221 <br />Documentation: Request to continue hearing, dated June 16, 2011 <br />Motion made and seconded to continue hearing to July 12, 2011 at the applicant’s <br />request, 4-0 in favor. <br /> <br />7:53 pm Cont.
