<br />45 Bedford Street,
<br /> map57 lot 144- Shawn Newell, Facilities Department, Town of Lexington,
<br />received approval by a vote of 5-0 for a dryer vent and a kitchen hood vent. These two vents are
<br />placed on the rear of the building. Mr. Newell presented photographs of the building showing
<br />where the vents are. Certificate No. 2010C-30

<br /> map 56 lot 35 –Mia Shapiro, received approval by a vote of 5-0 to re-roof
<br />using Architectural shingles. Cut sheets of the roofing materials were provided.
<br />Certificate No. 2010C-31. The Shapiro’s will paint samples of color on their house to see what
<br />they and the commission think is appropriate for the house and neighborhood.

<br /> map 56 lot 54- Doug Wilson received approval by a vote of 5-0 to replace
<br />two windows with configured tempest fiberglass, and a copper gutter and down spout on
<br />entrance vestibule. Certificate No. 2010C-32. Photographs of existing condition of window,
<br />computer generated image of the new window, and detailed drawing of proposed window. This
<br />hearing is continued for siding and gutters

<br />vote of 5-0 to install a fieldstone retaining wall on the front of their property. They presented a
<br />drawing of existing and proposed stone wall, photograph of existing property and, photograph of
<br />956 Massachusetts Avenue to show what would really look like. Certificate No. 2010C-33

<br />change the material used for their front stairs, and walkway, extend the railing, widen walkway
<br />and add a curve in the walkway. Photographs of existing condition, detailed drawings of
<br />proposed work and a plot plan were all presented. Certificate No. 2010C-34
