Rollins received approval for signage. <br />Certificate No. 2008C-53 <br />Voting Commissioners were: Joseph Welch, Alfonso Hernandez, and Paul Ross. And Associate <br /> <br />Commissioners: Marilyn Fenollosa and Robert Warshawer <br /> <br />9 Muzzey Street <br />: map 49 lot 70A – Bob Enik of Oakland Signs, representing Minute Shop, <br />received approval for signage. Certificate No. 2008C-54 <br />Voting Commissioners were: Joseph Welch, Alfonso Hernandez, and Paul Ross. This applicant will need to reapply if they would like to <br />proceed with this project. <br /> <br />36 Hancock Street <br />map56 lot39B - Susan Bennett, received approval for exterior architectural <br /> <br />change and signage (exterior color change of door,) Certificate No. 2008C-55 <br />Voting Commissioners were: Joseph Welch, Alfonso Hernandez, and Paul Ross. And Associate <br />Commissioners: Carl Oldenburg, and Marilyn Fenollosa <br /> <br />926 Massachusetts Avenue <br />-map 22 lot 81- Michael Kuschel, Representing Patricia Thomas, did <br />not attend the hearing. The applicant will need to reapply if they would like to proceed with this <br /> <br />project <br /> <br />1965 Massachusetts Avenue <br /> map 57 lot 8 - Joseph Contarino, regarding the hearing for exterior <br />architectural change (Porch and Deck) did not attend the hearing. Mr. Contarino has been in <br />contact with the commission regarding this project.
