<br /> <br />Town of Lexington <br />Historic Districts Commission <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Minutes of January 4, 2007 <br /> <br /> <br />Voting Commissioners: Joseph Welch - Chairman, Ian Adamson, Daniel Griffin, Lynn Hopkins, <br />and Alfonso Hernandez. <br /> <br />Also present Associate Commissioners Carl Oldenburg, Robert Warshawer and Department <br />Clerk - Dianne Cornaro. <br /> <br />PETITIONS HEARD: <br /> <br />There were no formal hearings for January. <br /> <br />CONTINUED HEARINGS <br /> <br />475 A & B Massachusetts Avenue <br />Robert Gulick received approval for roofing. Certificate <br />- <br /> <br />Number 2007C-1 <br /> <br />465 R Massachusetts Avenue - <br />Robert Gulick received approval for roofing. Certificate <br /> <br />Number 2007C-2 <br /> <br />40 Hancock Street <br />– Robin and Richard Millman was continued until February. <br /> <br />7-9 Oakland Street – <br />David Buckley, representing Supportive Living, was continued until <br />February. <br /> <br />1720 Massachusetts Avenue – <br />Erik Rhodin, representing Lexington Commons, was continued <br />until February. Lynn Hopkins recused herself from this hearing. <br /> <br />INFORMALS <br /> <br />6 Meriam Street – <br /> Janet Kern, representing Church of Our Redeemer presented the plans for a <br />Labyrinth and Memorial Garden. <br /> <br />35 Hancock Street – <br />Todd Cataldo spoke with the Commission regarding proposed house plans <br />for the vacant lot.
