<br />Minutes <br />Town Celebrations Committee <br />May 26, 2010 <br />Room 111, Town Hall <br /> <br />Members present <br />Suzie Barry, Mary Gillespie, Julie Miller, Bill Mix, Henry Murphy, Sandy Podgorski, Jim Shaw and <br />Bob Tracey <br />Not present <br />Sally Fisher, Jo-Anne Granger, Paul Jenkins, Sondra Lucente, Jerry Michelson, Charlie Price and <br />John Rossi <br />Guests <br />Linda Dixon, Wayne Miller <br />Business <br /> <br />Suzie Barry called the meeting to order at 7:25 pm. <br /> <br /> <br />The April 28, 2010 minutes were approved and accepted with changes. <br /> <br /> <br />th <br />Lexington 300 Anniversary <br /> The next meeting is scheduled for Thursday, June 24 in Town Hall, Room 111. <br /> Memorial Day 2010 <br /> <br />The following will be participating guests at the morning ceremony – <br /> <br />Matt Murphy, Lexington Policeman, chief marshal <br />State Senator Kenneth Donnelly, speaker <br />Chaplain (Major) Lance Hoggatt, Hascom Air Force Base, clergy <br /> <br />Suzie has received all approvals for the parade. <br /> <br /> <br />The C & W bus has been ordered. <br /> <br /> <br />DPW matters are arranged, including setting up of the sound system by the gazebo at <br /> <br />Munroe Cemetery. <br /> <br />The participating veterans will need transportation. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
