<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Minutes of Board of Registrars <br />Meeting of November 19, 2008 – 10:30 a.m. <br />Cary Memorial Building – Ellen Stone Room <br />Tally of Out-of-Country Ballots - November 4, 2008 State Election <br /> <br /> <br />Present: Luanna Devenis [R], Chairman; Sarah Warren [D]; Donna Hooper [U], Clerk <br /> Assistant Registrar/Assistant Town Clerk: Dianne Snell <br /> <br />Chairman Luanna Devenis called the meeting to order at 10:30 a.m. <br /> <br /> <br />Registrars called the meeting for the sole purpose of tallying out-of-country ballots <br />o <br />received after, but within 10 days of, the close of polls for the November 4, 2008 <br />State Election as instructed by state statute. Results will be sent to the Secretary of <br />State as part of Lexington’s November4, 2008 election results. <br /> <br /> <br />Luanna Devenis, Sarah Warren, Donna Hooper, and Assistant Registrar Dianne Snell, <br />o <br />counted out-of-country/overseas ballots.
