<br />Dick suggested we think about inviting the Pure Fusion Drum and Bugle Corps to <br /> <br />march in next year’s parade. <br /> Jim Shaw <br /> <br />Reminisants’ application has been received. <br /> <br /> <br />Jim delivered the latest Colonial Times with the event schedule to local hotels. <br /> <br /> <br />Suzie will find out for Jim if John Penney Band’s ride is all set. <br /> <br /> <br />There are signs for Coach Tighe’s car. <br /> <br />Sandy Podgorski <br />Boy scout representatives have not yet responded regarding their participation <br />in the morning ceremony. <br />Sondra Lucente <br /> <br />Sondra has contacted the float judges. <br /> <br /> <br />Clarke and Diamond Middle Schools will enter a joint float. <br /> <br /> <br />Paul Jenkins will deliver the float award signs to Sondra. <br /> <br />Bob Tracey <br /> <br />Tony Barrie Marching Band is all set to participate. <br /> <br /> <br />Bob and Wayne Miller will provide a sign in table and take up the stakes once the <br /> <br />parade is under way. <br />Paul Jenkins <br /> <br />Paul has 21 banners, possibly 22. <br /> <br /> <br />Steve Flynn will provide music at the reviewing stand again this year. <br /> <br /> <br />Dick Crogan and Dave Taylor will deliver the banners to east Lexington on <br /> <br />Saturday. <br /> <br />Dave will collect banners at the end of the parade. <br /> <br />Suzie Barry <br /> <br />The day’s roster will be e-mailed to the committee. <br /> <br /> <br />Committee members have new name tags and blue vests this year. <br /> <br /> <br />Stakes are going in on Sunday at 2 pm. <br /> <br /> <br />The after-parade meeting will address any changes and improvements we need <br /> <br />to make, as well as brainstorming opportunities for the future. <br /> <br />First Regiment of Foot’s application arrived very late, after the budget had been <br /> <br />spent, with an expensive fee request; the committee voted not to accept this <br />year. <br /> <br />Waltham American Legion Band is planning to march; the application is still <br /> <br />outstanding. <br /> <br />A motion was made and accepted to include the following groups: LexFun <br /> <br />(parents and children); Liberty Ride (application received, no fee); and, <br />Middlesex County Sheriff with honor guard and one cruiser. <br /> <br /> <br />
