Lexington Human Rights Committee <br />Meeting Minutes <br />May 15, 2009 <br />Present: Richard Capron, Gerald McLeod, Joseph O'Leary, Hank Manz, Bob Kent, Linda <br />Vine, Fuang -Ping Huang, Albert Zabin and Puran Dang <br />Guests: Emily Lavine, Assistant Director Family & Human Services, and Melissa <br />Buttaro, Guidance Counsel, LHS. <br />Meeting at the Selectman's Meeting Room was called to order at 8:OOAM <br />The committee continued to discuss the following issues: <br />• Building the community on what we have in common instead of how we are <br />different from one another. <br />• Conflict resolution. <br />• Advocate for various citizen groups. <br />• Develop and implement outreach programs at Lexington Library and schools that <br />involve parents. <br />The next committee meeting is scheduled on June 12, 2009 at 8:00 AM. <br />The meeting adjourned at approximately 9:00 am. <br />
