Proclamation ., -. ,American History Month Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was voted to proclaim the month of February, 1995, to be American History Month in Lexington and to urge all citizens to join us in recognizing our nation's heritage and history. Traffic Safety Ad v isory Committee Peter Chalpin, Chairman of the Traffic Safety Advisory Committee reported on the meeting of the Committee on November 1 6, 1994 and reviewed several recommendations of the Committee. Bow Street - Blind Drivewa Signs Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was voted to approve the recommendation of the Traffic Safety Advisory Co to install a blind driveway sign between houses #55 and #57 Bow Street and a .blind driveway sign between houses #84 and #92 Bow Street and that Bow Street continue to be included in the Lexington Police Department's Directed Patrol program for speed limit enforcement.
