60 -a3 <br />SELECTMEN'S MEETING <br />February 3, 1994 <br />A regular meeting of the Board of Selectmen was held on Thursday, February 3, <br />1994, in the Selectmen's Meeting Room,. Town office Building, at 7:30 p.m. Chairman <br />Dailey, lair. McSweeney, Mr. Busa, Mr. Fenn, Mrs. Eddison; Mr white, Town Manager; <br />and Mrs. Novak, Assistant Town Manager, were present. <br />ADDI'T`ION TO THE WAR <br />. Upon motion duly made and seconded it was voted to reopen the warrant and <br />insert an article relating to a Stabilization Fund, and to thereafter close the warrant. <br />Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was voted to sign the warrant for the <br />1994 Annual Town Meeting, as amended. <br />The Selectmen were joined by members of the School Committee and School Superin- <br />tendent Jeff Young to go into executive - session. <br />. EXECUTIVE SESSION <br />U pon motion duly made and seconded, it was voted 5 -0 by roll call vote - <br />SELECTMEN: Mr. Dailey, Mr. McSweeney, Mr. ]Buss, Mr. Fenn, Mss. Eddison; and 4 -0 <br />by roll call vote - SCHOOL COM E: Mr. Oberteuffer, Mrs. Woodworth Mrs. <br />Coit, lair. Dfili; to go Into executive session for discussion of matters of collective bar- <br />gaining, the disclosure of which might adversely affect the interests of the town with no <br />intent to resume open session, <br />Upon motion duly -made and seconded, it was voted to adjourn at 9:00 p .m. <br />A: true record, Attest: <br />Sara I.
