Previous Meetings Minutes were approved by unanimous vote. <br />Lexington Housing Partnership Meetings Minutes: <br />April 28, 2004 <br />March 23, 2004 <br />February 24, 2004 <br />January 22, 2004 <br />December 10, 2003 <br /> <br />Housing Action Forum/Housing Partnership: <br />November 19, 2003 <br /> <br />Future approval votes will occur at the beginning of the Meeting, for the previous Meeting’s Minutes. <br /> <br />2. Dan Smith announcement. <br />Dan Smith will be leaving the Hancock Church for a promotion to Associate Minister at the First <br />Church in Cambridge. Subsequently, he will be resigning from the Lexington Housing <br />Partnership. He has enjoyed his work with the Partnership and the group expresses their thanks <br />for his contributions, enthusiasm and constant advocacy. Efforts will be made to find someone to <br />serve in his place as representative of the Lexington Interfaith Clergy Association. <br /> <br />3. Hear Reports from Sub-committees. <br />Zoning By-Law Changes <br /> (Mary Haskell). At the Zoning By-Law Meeting on Thursday, May <br />thst <br />20, attendees discussed Mr. Herr’s 1 draft for an adaptive re-use overlay district and <br />determined that the language needed more clarity. Mr. Herr will be revising the draft. It has been <br />proposed that a mechanism be developed that would allow commercial buildings to be adapted <br />for multi-family residential use, in order to increase affordable housing opportunities. The <br />proposed zoning mechanism would facilitate this process. <br /> <br />The next meeting is Wednesday, June 23 at 1 pm at Pat Nelson’s conference room. <br /> <br />HOME Consortium <br /> (Bob Bicknell for David Burns): See Attachment 1 for an update from <br />David Burns. <br /> <br />1 <br /> <br />
