<br /> <br />Lexington Housing Partnership <br />Meeting Minutes for June 18, 2009 <br /> <br />Attendees: <br /> <br />Melinda Walker, Julie Duncan, Lisa Snellings, Florence Baturin, Ken Kreutziger, Arthur Katz, Bob <br />Bicknell, Harriet Cohen, Betsey Weiss (by proxy), Mary Haskell, Mara Bohn, Paul Linton, Wendy Manz, <br />Winifred McGowan <br /> <br />Bob Bicknell chaired the meeting; Harriet Cohen took the minutes. The meeting was called to order at <br />8:00 pm. <br /> <br />1. With a quorum of members present the Board unanimously voted to extend the appointment of <br />Betsey Weiss as our representative to the Community Preservation Committee from her present term <br />to June 30, 2011. <br />2. Bob reported on the consortium of local towns. The group now includes Belmont, Watertown, <br />Waltham and Lexington. A number of questions asked by the consultant hired to define an <br />organizational model were presented and a discussion followed. <br />3. A brief discussion was held on land acquisition priorities and Wendy Manz reported that the CPC has <br />requested that the town develop an integrated process for future land acquisitions. <br />4. An Annual Meeting of the Lexington Housing Foundation was conducted as required in the bylaws <br />so that required reports to the State and to the Attorney General can be filed. <br /> <br /> <br />The next meeting will be held on September 10, 2009. <br /> <br />The meeting was concluded at 8:50 pm <br />
