George, Zoning <br />Administrator and Garry Rhodes, Building Commissioner <br /> <br />Petition Address: l000 Main Campus Drive, Map 1, Lot 1A <br /> <br />Before the Chairman opened the hearing a letter was read from Steven Schwartz of Goulston <br />and Storrs, representing Avalon Bay Communities, requesting the application for the appeal of <br />the Building Commissioner’s decision be withdrawn without prejudice. <br /> <br />On a motion by Carolyn C. Wilson and seconded by Martha C.
