Capital Expenditures Committee (CEC) Meeting, December 16, 2009, 7:00 PM, Town Office Building, <br />Room G -15 —Joint meeting with the Community Preservation Committee & Appropriation Committee <br />Members Present: David Kanter, Ted Edson (Vice - Chair), Charles Lamb (Chair), & Shirley Stolz <br />Member Absent: Bill Hurley <br />Others: Carl Valente (Town Manager) & Rob Addelson (Assistant Town Manager for Finance & Town <br />Comptroller) <br />Motion: Recommend to the Board of Selectmen that funding for Busa Farm property be accomplished <br />with a 3 -year bond, front- loaded with approximately 50% in first year and 25% in each of next two <br />years. (4:0) (That purchase had been approved, with authority for unspecified debt financing, by the <br />2009 Special Town Meeting, May 6, 2009, under Article 6, Land Purchase —Off Lowell Street, with <br />potential use being for one or more of the purposes under the Community Preservation Act.) <br />Adjourn: 9:00 PM <br />These Minutes were approved by the CEC at its meeting on April 28, 2010. <br />
