<br /> <br />Minutes <br />Town of Lexington Appropriation Committee <br />October 1, 2008 <br /> <br /> <br />Place and time: Selectmen’s Meeting Room, 7:30 PM <br /> <br />Members present: John Bartenstein (Vice-Chair), Susan McLeish (Secretary), Deborah <br />Brown, Richard Eurich, Pam Hoffman, Mike Kennealy, Eric Michelson, Glenn Parker, <br />Rob Addelson (ex officio, non-voting) <br /> <br />This meeting was held in conjunction with the Board of Selectmen, School Committee, <br />and Capital Expenditures Committee, and was called to order at 7:30 PM. <br /> <br />The agenda items were: <br /> <br /> <br />1.Financial Condition Overview and Budget Projections; <br /> <br /> <br />2.Capital Summit – Town Manager’s Task Force <br /> <br /> <br />3.Special Town Meeting (November 17-19) <br /> <br /> <br />4.State Ballot – Question 1 <br /> <br /> <br />5.Establish Date: Collaboration-Summit Meeting 2 (November 12 or 20); and <br /> <br /> <br />6.Executive Session: School Committee and Selectmen <br /> <br />Please see the attached minutes of the Board of Selectmen, which can also be found on <br />the Town web site at http://www.lexingtonma.gov/selectmenminutes.cfm or in the Town <br />Clerk’s office, for details. <br /> <br />The meeting was adjourned at approximately 9:00 PM. <br /> <br />Respectfully submitted, <br /> <br />John Bartenstein <br /> <br /> <br />Approved July 6, 2009 <br /> <br /> <br />
