<br />LDAC <br />EXINGTON ESIGN DVISORY OMMITTEE <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />September 23, 2009 <br /> <br />To: Board of Appeals <br /> <br />Re: 10 Pelham Road, Lexington, MA <br /> T-Mobile Wireless Antennae Facility <br /> <br /> <br />At its regular meeting on September 1, 2009 the DAC reviewed a submittal for a new wireless <br />telecommunication s installation located at Youville Assisted Living facility at 10 Pelham Road, <br />Lexington, MA. The DAC’s main concern was the proposed steeple extension. The proposed steeple <br />extension is dramatically out of scale and proportion with the existing building. The DAC <br />recommended lowering and redesigning the extension and to consider adding additional architectural <br />elements such as a base to bring it into scale with the building. There were no other issues or concerns <br />with the proposal. <br /> <br />The Design Advisory Committee recommends this project be approved with the above-mentioned <br />comments. <br /> <br /> <br />Respectfully submitted, <br /> <br />Timothy D.
