SELECTMEN'S MEETING <br />December 3, 1984 <br />A regular meeting of the Board of Selectmen was held on Monday, <br />December 3, 1984, in the Selectmen's Meeting Room, Town Office <br />Building at 7:3 p.m. Chairman Battin, Mr. Sacco, Mr. McLaughlin, <br />Mr. Marshall, Mr. Eddison, Mr. Hutchinson, Town Manager; Mr. Cohen, <br />Town Counsel; Ms. Adler, Assistant to the Town Manager, Mrs. Snow, <br />Executive Clerk; were present. <br />Upon motion duly _made and seconded, the intent-to layout the <br />following streets for FY'86, was voted: <br />Emerald Street -- from Asbury . Street, 400'+ <br />Northeasterly to end <br />Garf ield Street -- from Reed Street, 700 <br />to Earl Street <br />Philip Road - from Worthen Road, 1550'+ <br />to Rockville Avenue <br />As recommended-by the Town Manager, the Selectmen's Street <br />Hearing on the above was scheduled for January 7, 1985, at 7: p.m. <br />Vote intent tc <br />layout streetE <br />FY'86 <br />Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was voted to approve the Minutes 11/5 <br />�... minutes of the Selectmen's Meeting on November 5, 1984, as amended. <br />At 7:35 p.m., Mrs. Battin opened the Public Hearing on the petition <br />of Boston Edison Company for grant of location to lay out conduit on Public Hearing <br />Ingleside Road. The-petition was read and the Chairman noted the rec- Edison conduit <br />ommendat ion of the Director of Public Works in f avor of approval of Ingleside Rd. <br />the petition. <br />Carol McManus,, representing Boston Edison Company, explained the <br />need for installation for electric service from an existing pole to a <br />new house at 26 Ingleside Road. <br />There being no statements in favor or in opposition, Mrs. Battin <br />declared the hearing closed,. <br />Upon motion duly made and seconded, it voted to approve the <br />petition of Boston Edison Company to obtain a grant of location for <br />installation of approximately ten feet of conduit in Ingleside Road, <br />northerly approximately 510' northwest of Clyde Place* - - <br />Mrs. Battin noted that there were two vacancies in the membership Appts. to <br />of the Lexington Housing Assistance Board (LexHab) and called, f or LexHAB <br />nominations. <br />Loran E. Wallace was nominated by Mr. Sacco. <br />Linda W. Conrad was nominated by Mr. McLaughlin. <br />Sherry B. Edmonds was nominated by Mr. Eddison . <br />The Chairman '.declared the nominations ons closed -and, called for the <br />vote. i. <br />
