r <br />SELECTMEN'S MEETING <br />April 4, 1983 <br />A regular meeting of the Board of Selectmen was held in the Select - <br />men's Meeting Room, Town Office Building, on Monday, April 4, 1983 at <br />7:00 P.M. Chairman Crain, Mrs. Battin, Mr, Polio, Mr.'Sacco, Mr. Mc- <br />Laughlin; Mr. Hutchinson, Town Manager; rfiss Adler, Assistant to the Town <br />Manager and Miss Casey, Executive Clerk were present. <br />The Chairman convened the meeting at 7:00 P.M. and read a request <br />from the Lexington Minute Men, Inc, for use of the Battle Green on April <br />100 <br />Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was voted to approve the re- <br />quest of the Lexington Minute Men, Inc, for the use of the Battle Green <br />on Sunday, April 10 between the hours of 2:00 P.M. and 4:00 P.M. for re- <br />hearsal of the re- enactment. <br />Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was voted to the request of <br />Mrs. Joseph Gryboski for chevron type curve signs on Mason Street at her <br />residence to the Traffic Safety Committee for its recommendations. <br />Battle <br />Green <br />Traf f is <br />Safety <br />Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was voted, Mr. Politi ab- one Day <br />staining, to issue a one Day Liquor License to the Lexington Bicentennial Liq. Lic. <br />Bank for May 14 from 8:30 P . M. until Midnight for a benefit dance to be <br />held at Keilty Hall, St. Brigid's Parish. <br />Mr. Crain referred the Board to its copies of the minutes of the <br />Bolitski /Theriault dog hearing of March 23, <br />Mr. Sacco reported that he had conducted this hearing and noted <br />that on July 13, 1982, after a hearing on June 22, 1982, issued an order <br />that the dog be confined on a run within 10 days. He noted that on Au- <br />gust 18, 1982 the Board modified its order as the dog was. being restrained. <br />He recommended that the original order of July 13, 1982 as the dog con - <br />tinues to be a nuisance. <br />Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was voted to issue the follow- <br />ing order to Mr. Theriault: <br />"That this dog is to be confined on a run which is to be in- <br />stalled on your property within ten (10) days of the date of <br />this letter. The dog is to be kept on this run or on a leash <br />at all times when she is outside your home. <br />If at the end of ten days of the date of this letter, the run <br />has not been installed, the dog will be removed by the Animal <br />Control officer from the legal boundaries of the Town , of Lex- <br />ington". <br />Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was voted to approve the <br />minutes of the Selectmen's Meeting of January 26, <br />Dog Hearing <br />Bolitski/ <br />Theriault <br />Minutes <br />
