<br /> <br />Minutes <br />Town of Lexington Appropriation Committee <br />July 29, 2008 <br /> <br /> <br />Place and time: Selectmen’s Meeting Room, 7:30 PM <br /> <br />Members present: Alan Levine (Chair), John Bartenstein (Secretary), Richard Eurich, <br />Pam Hoffman, Susan McLeish, Rob Addelson (ex officio, non-voting) <br /> <br />This meeting was held in conjunction with the Board of Selectmen, School Committee, <br />and Capital Expenditures Committee (which did not have a quorum) and was called to <br />order at 7:30 PM. <br /> <br />The agenda items were: <br /> <br /> <br />1.Pending building-related capital issues before the Selectmen and the School <br />Committee, including Old Harrington, Munroe (Center for the Arts), the White <br />House and the Muzzey Senior Center; and <br /> <br /> <br />2.Other capital issues, including major road reconstruction and neighborhood road <br />modifications for traffic calming. <br /> <br />Please see the minutes of the Board of Selectmen at <br />http://ci.lexington.ma.us/TownClerk/minutes/selectmen_minutes.htm (or in the Town <br />Clerk’s office) for details. <br /> <br />The meeting was adjourned at 9:10 PM. <br /> <br />Respectfully submitted, <br /> <br />John Bartenstein <br /> <br /> <br />Approved October 22, 2008 <br />
