Discussion regarding use of last year’s utilization occurred. <br /> <br />East Lexington Fire Station: $57,500 <br /> Project; To add central air conditioning 29.5K and new windows 18K <br /> Rationale; Enhance utility and rehabilitate historic building by <br />extraordinary repairs. <br /> <br />Town Office Complex: $127,000 Peter Chalpin and Bill Hadley presented <br />the project. <br /> Project; New storm windows.- estimate only <br /> Rationale; Enhance utility, and rehabilitate historic building by <br />extraordinary repairs. <br /> <br />Senior Center: Marian Cohen, Paul LaPointe, and Lauren McSweeney <br />presented the project. <br />Amount unknown, awaiting results of last year’s study <br /> <br />
