<br /> <br />COMMUNITY PRESERVATION COMMITTEE <br />NOVEMBER 1, 2007 <br /> <br />MINUTES <br /> <br /> <br /> ROLL CALL <br />The meeting was called to order by Chair, Betsey Weiss at 4:13 P.M. <br /> <br />MEMBERS PRESENT <br />Betsey Weiss <br />Richard Pagett <br />Joel Adler <br />Sandra Shaw <br />Wendy Manz <br />Marilyn Fenollosa <br />Richard Wolk <br />Leo McSweeney <br /> <br /> Dave Pinsonnault presented the Old Reservoir Water Management Project. <br /> The request is for $60,000.00, of which $5,000.00 is fence work. A site visit has been <br /> scheduled for November 14, 2007, at 8:30 A.M., meeting in the Marrett Road <br /> parking lot. <br /> <br />Steve Keane presented the request by the Lexington Housing Authority for new <br />windows at Vynebrooke Village. The cost is $158,686.00. The project is similar to <br />the Greeley Village window project from last year. <br /> <br />Donna Hooper, Town Clerk, presented the request for $35,000.00 to fund the Archive <br />Management Project. <br /> <br />The next meeting is scheduled for November 7, 2007, at 4:00 P.M. in the Selectman’s <br />Meeting Room. <br /> <br /> The meeting was adjourned at 5:50 P.M. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> A true copy attest……………………… <br /> <br /> <br /> LEO P.
