<br />Don mo t i. or1 duly made and seconded, it was voted to accept the
<br />resignat of Elaine Dratch as a member of the Transportation Advisory
<br />Committee. The Board's appreciation for her service on the Committee will be
<br />expressed in a letter to Mrs. Dratch.

<br />['pon motion duly made and seconded, it was voted to approve the
<br />abatement of water ebarctes in the amount of $99.52 and sewer charges in the
<br />amount of $6 27.80. Mrs Smith abstained from voted since grope owned by
<br />her was among those designated for adjustment of estimated reading,
<br />. DEMAN CHARGES
<br />Upon motion dul made and seconded, it was voted to approve the
<br />�batement of demand cYar,es in the fatal amount of $100.00
<br />COMMITMENT OF CHARGES
<br />Upon motion du 1v made and seconded, it was voted to approve commitment
<br />of charges, as follows; February final water bills, $866.89; February final
<br />sewer bills, additional, $440.08; Street opening Permit Fees: $100.00.

<br />Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was voted to award Contract $90-
<br />�, Replacement of Wood Street Water Mains, to the lowest bidder, Susi

<br />Commit ► ee were Dresent for a review by the Middlesex County Advisory Board
<br />Land Use Committee of a Land Use Study developed for use of the Middle sex
<br />County Hospital property at Concord Avenue and walnut Street, at the Waltham
<br />line.
<br />' Ir. McSweeney, Lexington's representative on the Land Use Committee,
<br />welcomed Richard - iurray, Weston Selectman, who is Chairman of the Committee,
<br />and John Bonomo , County Commissioner, and recapped the procedures of the
<br />Committee in the one ,end a half gears since its formation.
