October 1, 2009 <br />Minutes <br />Town of Lexington Appropriation Committee <br />October 1, 2009 <br />Place and time: Selectmen's Meeting Room, 7:30 PM <br />Members present: Alan Levine (Chair), John Bartenstein (Vice Chair and Secretary), <br />Glenn Parker (Vice Chair), Richard Eurich, Mollie Garberg, Susan McLeish, Rob <br />Addelson (ex officio, non - voting) <br />The Committee joined the Board of Selectmen, the School Committee, and the Capital <br />Expenditures Committee for the first Budget Collaboration - Financial Summit for <br />FY2011 ( "Summit I "). <br />The agenda items were: <br />1. Financial Indicator Analysis (Carl Valente) <br />2. FY2011 Proposed Revenue Allocation (Rob Addelson) <br />3. Key Policy Issues Related to FY2011 Budget (Carl Valente, Paul Ash) <br />4. Special Town Meeting (November 9 and 16) <br />5. Establish Date: Summit Meeting 2 (November 24) <br />6.
