Lexington Human Rights Committee <br />Meeting Minutes <br />September 18, 2009 <br />Present: Gerald McLeod, Joseph O'Leary, Hank Manz, Bob Kent, Linda Vine, Fuang- <br />Ying Huang, Albert Zabin, Emily Lavine, and Deborah Jackson <br />Guests: Connie Rawson, Kathy Quinlan <br />Meeting at RmI l — Town Hall was called to order at 8:OOAM <br />The committee decided on frameworks for the program: <br />1. Panel Discussion: invite keynote speakers; Bob to approach J. Coffman who <br />will approach John Kerry. Hank will ask the Board of Selectman to approach <br />Doris Goodwin. <br />2. Lexington Read: at the library to start in late spring, 2010. <br />3. Oral history recordings: Deb and Melissa will work with LHS students and <br />the local participants. <br />Police report: On August 15 there was an assault and battery case involved a few 19 to <br />21 years old young adults. A woman files a complaint with MCAD about a Lexington <br />police. <br />The next committee meeting is scheduled on Friday, October 16th, 2009 at 8:00 AM. <br />Location is to be determined. <br />
