Silver Lindens are in particularly bad shape.

c) Belfry Hill Status - Anne reported that 2 Whites Oaks are dead and all other plantings are alive. An
abutter is watering some plantings. Nell and others will plant Scarlet Oak and White Oak seedlings.
A weeding day is scheduled for Tuesday August 25th at 8:00.

d) Spring 2009 planting status of 35 street trees and Matt Foti's 4 donated trees. Matt Foti's trees have
been planted. Status of 35 trees to be planted is unknown.

e) Marrett Rd and Concord Ave. trees - No trees on Concord Ave had to be removed.

f) Replacement tree at Emery Park - not discussed.

g) Roosevelt Ave trees - Brian Adley, a resident at the corner of Roosevelt Ave and Wilson Road,
briefed the Tree Committee on a possible sidewalk installation on Roosevelt Ave. Tree committee
members will visit the site to determine the possible impact on street trees. Jeanne Krieger indicated
that, before the sidewalk installation begins, the Selectmen will revisit the decision as to what side of
the street the sidewalk should be placed.

h) Elm at Depot - It is believed that the tree, which has been removed, is on Depot (Hist.
