<br />Selectmen’s Meeting Minutes <br />January 6, 1997 <br /> <br />A regular meeting of the Board of Selectmen was held on Monday, January 6, 1997 in the <br />Selectmen’s Meeting Room, Town Office Building at 7:30 p.m. Chairman McSweeney, Mr. <br />Dailey, Mr. Busa, Mr. Fenn, Mrs. Eddison; Mr. Cohen, Town Counsel; Mr. White, Town <br />Manager and Ms. Smith, Executive Clerk, were present. <br /> <br />Public Comments <br /> <br />Dawn McKenna inquired why the Town is no longer collecting rent for use of the Munroe School <br />building. Mr. White explained that arrangements were made three years ago through a formal <br />RFP process that the tenants are now responsible for capital improvements and maintenance of <br />the building in exchange for the payment of monthly rent. The tenants have since put a lot of <br />money back into the building.
