Postponed <br /> 9:40 p.m. Presented by Selectman McSweeney who explained <br /> that expenses would be met by private funding. <br /> Following a voice vote at 9:40 p.m. , the Moderator <br /> declared the motion to have been adopted. <br /> ARTICLE 21 FUND REPLACE <br /> MOTION:A. ) Move that the sum of $35,000 be appropriated <br /> to fund the following youth service programs: Adopted <br /> 1. Child Assault Prevention Program (known as CAPP) that <br /> shall bring personal safety workshops to students in at <br /> least grades K, 2, and 4 and shall provide parent and <br /> teacher workshops to introduce the curriculum and to give <br /> adults the tools to continue personal safety awareness at <br /> home and in the classroom. This program shall use both <br /> professionals and trained volunteers. <br />
