<br />PLANNING BOARD MINUTES <br />MEETING OF FEBRUARY 24, 2006 <br /> <br />The meeting of the Lexington Planning Board held in Room G-1, Town Office Building, was called to <br />order at 9:15 a.m. by Chairman Manz with members Hornig and Canale present. <br /> <br />************************ ARTICLES FOR 2006 TOWN MEETING ************************ <br />Article 7, Proposed Inclusionary Housing Amendment, Further Review Wording of Motion: The Board <br />members continued editing of the inclusionary housing amendment for clarity and ease of interpretation. <br />The majority of changes being proposed had to do with the order of items within the bylaw rather than <br />substantive changes. Mr. Hornig and Ms. Manz agreed to incorporate the changes into a draft that would <br />be sent to the Board for consideration at their next meeting. <br /> <br />On a motion duly made and seconded, it was voted to adjourn the meeting at 10:15 a.m. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Richard Canale, Acting Clerk <br />
