<br />PLANNING BOARD MINUTES <br />MEETING OF FEBRUARY 21, 2006 <br /> <br />The meeting of the Lexington Planning Board held in Room G-1, Town Office Building, was called to <br />order at 8:40 a.m. by Chairman Manz with members Hornig, Canale, and Planning Director McCall- <br />Taylor, present. <br /> <br />************************ ARTICLES FOR 2006 TOWN MEETING ************************ <br />Article 7, Proposed Inclusionary Housing Amendment, Review Wording of Motion: The Board members <br />went through the proposed inclusionary housing amendment line by line. The intent was to make edits <br />that would make the document flow better and be more readily understandable. At the end of the session <br />on a motion duly made and seconded, it was voted to authorize further revisions to be made by Ms. Manz <br />and Mr. Hornig and brought back to the Board as whole for discussion. The Board members agreed that <br />the time was running out for further changes and they would try to finalize the bylaw at the next meeting <br />to be held Friday, February 24. <br /> <br />On a motion duly made and seconded, it was voted to adjourn the meeting at 10:15 a.m. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Richard Canale, Acting Clerk <br />
