LexHAB Board Meeting <br /> March 4,2021-8:00 AM—HELD BY Remote Connection <br /> Open to Public <br /> Minutes of the meeting held virtually due to COVIIU 19 on March 4, 2021 at 8,00 am <br /> Members present were. <br /> Bob Burbidge, Bill Kennedy, Henry Liu, Les Savage, Bob Phelan, Martha Wood, Gerry Howell, Donna Leary Bill Hays <br /> Martha Wood. Also present were Pearlene Varjabedian, Housing Director and Karen Iverson, Regina Brown, Financial <br /> Administrator, Patricia S. Nelson, counsel to LexHAB.And Sue Barry,Selectwoman, <br /> The Chairman, Bob Burbidge presided. <br /> Lex Media recording. <br /> Revised Minutes from the Vine Street January 27, Meeting reviewed. <br /> Motion to accept Vine Street Meeting Minutes. <br /> All in favor by Roll Call. <br /> Minutes of the February 4, 2021 Board meeting reviewed. <br /> Motion to accept minutes of the 2/4/21 Meeting. All in favor by Roll Call. <br /> Tenant Policy and procedures Task Force <br /> - Over Housing Policy reviewed. —Henry Liu to add verbiage "at renewal." <br /> Motion to accept updated version of Over housing Policy All in Favor by Roll Call. <br /> FINANCIAL OPERATIONS <br /> -Gerry Howell reviewed Financials—Quarterly Update <br /> Regina Brown provided Financial review documents. <br /> Gerry Howell indicated that Financial are reviewed by him monthly with Regina Brown. <br /> -Repairs and Maintenance— <br /> Review present limit of$1000 for Capital Expenditures <br /> Auditors recommended that this limit be increase to$2500, with anything over this limit carried as a <br /> capital expense. <br /> Motion to accept auditor's recommendation to increase the capital expenditure limit to$2500. <br /> All in Favor by Roll Call. <br />
