Minutes of the Community Preservation Committee <br /> Thursday, December 17, 2020 <br /> Public Hearing <br /> Remote Zoom Meeting <br /> Meeting ID: 923 8035 7191 <br /> 7:00 PM <br /> Committee Members Present: Marilyn Fenollosa (Chair); Charles Hornig (Vice-Chair), David <br /> Horton, Jeanne Krieger, David Langseth, Joe Pato, Bob Pressman, Lisah Rhodes, Melinda <br /> Walker. <br /> Administrative Assistant: Gina Federico <br /> Other Attendees: David Kanter; Vice-Chair, Capital Expenditures Committee; Carolyn Kosnoff; <br /> Assistant Town Manager for Finance. <br /> Ms. Fenollosa called the meeting to order at 7:01 PM. <br /> Needs Assessment- Ms. Fenollosa opened the public hearing on the 2020 Needs Assessment <br /> Report, copies of which had been made available on-line. <br /> Mr. Pressman suggested additional advertising outlets for the 2021 Needs Assessment Report. <br /> There being no public present to ask questions and/or make comments, the public hearing was <br /> subsequently closed. Ms. Fenollosa requested a motion for the report to be accepted and <br /> placed on the CPC website.The motion was made, seconded and approved by unanimous vote. <br /> Other business-There being no further business of the Committee, a motion to adjourn was <br /> duly made, seconded and approved by unanimous vote. The public hearing was adjourned at <br /> 7:08 PM. <br /> The following documents were submitted at the meeting: <br /> 1) CPA Needs Assessment Report dated December, 2020. <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> Gina Federico <br /> Administrative Assistant <br /> Community Preservation Committee <br />
