Projects within the C-HIP shall incorporate sustainable landscaping practices in their <br /> design,construction,operation and maintenance.Such projects shall be designed to meet <br /> the requirements to demonstrate ceftifiability at the Gold level using the SITES Q rating <br /> system,as outlined by Green Business Certification,Inc., and to meet other sustainable <br /> landscaping requirements laid out in the Planning Board Zoning Regulations. <br /> b.
