On a motion duly made and seconded, the proposed alteration was approved <br /> unanimously as proposed. <br /> Documents Used: <br /> Plans dated 1/21/20 <br /> Memorandum, dated 4/8/20 <br /> 1994 Massachusetts Avenue: Zachary Slovin, exterior changes in the Battle Green District. On <br /> a motion duly made and seconded, the proposed alteration was approved unanimously as <br /> proposed. <br /> Documents Used: <br /> Presentation, N.D. <br /> CONTINUED HEARINGS <br /> Lexington Center Project: Kien Ho, Beta Group Inc., representing Town of Lexington, exterior <br /> changes in the Historic Districts. Mr. Ho provided an updated plan set for the Lexington Center <br /> Streetscape Project, for HDC consideration. Commissioners noted that the presented plan <br /> remains in alignment with previous plans, and were satisfied with the new plan as proposed. <br /> Documents Used: <br /> Plans dated 5/28/20 <br /> INFORMAL DISCUSSION <br /> Lexington Police Station: Jeff McElravy, Tecton Architects, representing Town of Lexington, <br /> exterior changes in the Battle Green District. Mr. McElravy presented initial plans for a new <br /> Lexington Police Station. The architectural firm staff is currently working with Police and other <br /> town committees to provide a final plan for review by the HDC. <br /> Documents Used: <br /> Plans, N.D. <br /> ACTION ITEMS: <br /> Public Comments: No public comment <br />
