The meeting convened at 7:22PM <br /> Historical Commission Members in Attendance: <br /> Marilyn Fenollosa, Chair, David Kelland, Wendall Kalsow, Diane Pursley, Susan Bennett, <br /> Robert Rotberg <br /> AGENDA ITEM #1 (7:25PM) <br /> Vote to accept meeting minutes dated June 17'h 2020 <br /> A motion made by Mr. Rotberg to approve the minutes dated May 20th 2020. Seconded by Ms. <br /> Pursley <br /> 6-0 in Favor of approving minutes: Ms. Pursley Mr. Kalsow, Mr. Kelland, Ms. Fenollosa, Ms. <br /> Bennett, and Mr. Rotberg <br /> AGENDA ITEM #2 (7:27PM) <br /> Public hearing regarding the partial building demolition and roofline change at 360 Marrett Road <br /> APPLICANT (S) PRESENT: <br /> Jonathan & Amelia Nadler, Homeowners <br /> Amy Nastasi, Architect <br /> ABUTTER(S) PRESENT: <br /> None <br /> DOCUMENT(S): <br /> Proposed and existing elevations dated April 171h 2020 <br /> SUMMARY: <br /> The Nadler's have a free standing garage that is in poor condition. They would like to demolish <br /> that garage and add an attached garage to the house. <br /> HC COMMENTS: <br /> The Commission went over plans with Ms. Nastasi. The Commission felt the plans were <br /> appropriate. <br />
